SEVICKE 
1 lb. fresh bay scallops
1 c. lime juice
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
2 med. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Rinse scallops in cold water, drain well. Combine scallops and lime juice in large bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drain well.

Combine scallops (drained) with all other ingredients. Stir well. Cover and chill. Serve cold. May garnish with avocado slices and lime slices.
