EGG, SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. turkey sausage, cooked
4 slices bread, cubed
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc. to suit taste (optional)

In 9x13 inch baking dish, sprayed with Pam, place bread, sausage, and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard in separate bowl. Pour over sausage, bread and cheese. Refrigerate covered several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30-35 minutes. Cut into 8 portions.
