15 Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. vanilla pudding, instant
1 lg. Cool Whip

Crush and divide Oreos. Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar together. Mix pudding and Cool Whip. Add to cream cheese mixture. Mix well. Put 1/2 Oreo crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Put pudding mix over crumbs. Add rest of crumbs on top. Chill and serve.
