1 stick butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies
2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Gummy worms (opt.)

Mix melted butter and both packages cream cheese. Add powdered sugar. Mix until combined; set aside.

Grind Oreo cookies in food processor. In large bowl, mix all 3 packages of pudding with milk. This will be thick. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding. Also fold in Cool Whip. Layer crumbs and pudding mixture in a new 8 1/2" flower pot beginning and ending with crumbs. Gummy worms can be layered with pudding. Decorate with artificial flowers.
