STEW BEEF CASSEROLE 
Cook 3 pounds stew beef until tender in small amount of water. Place cooked beef with 1 1/2 cups broth in large greased baking dish. Sprinkle 1 package Lipton onion soup mix over beef. Spoon 1 can cream of chicken soup over this. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Stir once.
