GOOFY BUTTER CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter

Mix and spread on bottom of greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.

3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
