GRANDMA ETHEL'S TURKEY DRESSING 
3/4 lbs. (3 cubes) butter
1 lg. onion
4 qts. cubed dry bread
2 qts. milk or more
3 beaten eggs
1 rounded tsp. sage
Salt and pepper to taste
Boiled neck and giblets, deboned

Melt 3/4 pounds of butter in skillet. Add 1 large onion, chopped fine. Cook until onion is transparent. Add this to cubed bread, milk, beaten eggs, sage, salt, pepper, and cubed giblets. Stir until bread has softened, add more milk, if needed.

Mixture must not be stiff, but sloppy. Test seasoning, will be more than needed for 1 large turkey. Bake remaining dressing in casserole dish 1 hour, covered part time.
