Fill 2/3 full. bake and cool thoroughly. Cut a 1-1 1/4 inch circle in the center of the cupcake, but NOT through the bottom. Gently remove center and cut away all but 1/4 inch from the top. Fill hole with whipped topping, leaving a little space for the plug. Plug cupcake and frost. |
