SWEDISH CREAM 
2 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
3 c. sour cream

Combine cream, sugar, vanilla and gelatin in saucepan. Heat until hot but not boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and slowly add to sour cream. Pour into serving dishes and chill unitl set. Serve with raspberry sauce.
