1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. each butter and flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. each grated onion and lemon juice
2 eggs, well beaten

Combine all ingredients in buttered baking dish. Place in hot water bath and bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes. May also be baked in ring mold and filled with chicken or seafood salad.
