SWEDISH CREAM WAFERS 
1 c. soft butter
1/3 c. whipping cream
2 c. sifted flour

Mix butter, cream and flour. Chill. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out dough 1/8 inch thick on floured board. Cut with a 1 1/2 inch cookie cutter. Roll only 1/3 of the dough at a time. Keep rest in refrigerator. Coat both sides of cut dough with granulated sugar. Put on a cookie sheet and prick with a fork 4 times. Bake 7 to 9 minutes. Cool. Put two cookies together with frosting.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
Tint green or pink
