ROADRUNNERS RICE AND EGGS 
1 c. Bastimi rice or whole grain
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. cheese
Dash of salt & pepper

Cook rice as directed, drain any excess liquid. Put into frying pan and pour beaten eggs over the top of rice. Begin to scramble egg and add cheese until done.

NOTE: Cook rice the night before it makes a real quick easy breakfast.

NOTE: Also you can add some turkey ham or chicken.
