CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. broken pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix, mix as directions say)

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 box powdered sugar

Place broken pecans and coconut in well-sprayed 9x13 inch pan. Prepare German chocolate cake mix according to directions. Pour into pan over nuts and coconut.

TOPPING: Melt 1 stick butter and mix with softened cream cheese. Add 3/4 box powdered sugar. Mix well and spoon over cake mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
