MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/3 or 1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1 or 2 c. chopped nuts

Beat the egg and sugar until thick. Add melted butter. Add the rest of ingredients to the mixture. Pour in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread 7 ounce jar of marshmallow cream over top. Cool. Frost.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. nuts

Melt butter. Remove from heat. Add other ingredients except nuts. Beat well, then add nuts and spread on cake over marshmallow cream.
