MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sharp cheese
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Ritz crackers

Cook vegetables until tender. Drain well. Mix together with mayonnaise and cheese. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with Ritz crackers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
