CHEESE BALL 
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
Pecans, chopped

Mix together all ingredients except pecans. Put mixture on a piece of wax paper and using the paper shape into a ball. Refrigerate until firm. Cover with chopped pecans. (I use garlic powder instead of garlic.)
