BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen, loose hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (opt.)
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Brown meat in skillet, drain. Place rolls in a 12 inch pizza pan. Separate into 8 triangles, points toward center. Press together to make crust. Add meat, potatoes, cheese, green peppers and onions. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over pizza. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
