DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 chocolate cake mix
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Beat oil and egg together. Add cake mix and stir with fork. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of this mixture; pat the rest into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate chips and condensed milk together; pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining cake crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
