ELDERBERRY APPLE PIE 
2 c. elderberries
1 1/2 c. chopped tart apples
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Wash berries. Combine with sugar, salt, apples and tapioca in bowl. Crush berries. Put in pie shell with a crust on top. Bake 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
