SUNSHINE PICKLES 
4 qt. ripe cukes, cut in small pieces
3 red sweet peppers, cut fine
8 med. onions (thin and small sliced)
4 tsp. salt over cukes
3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. tumeric
4 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. dry mustard

To the cukes, add onions and peppers. Add sugar, vinegar and tumeric. Cook until soft. Add mustard seed and dry mustard. Cook until transparent.
