2 egg whites 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 6 oz. pkg. semi - sweet chocolate chips 1/4 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with brown paper. Beat egg white, cream of tartar and salt until stiff. Slowly beat in sugar. Add vanilla, chocolate chips and pecans. Place teaspoon size dollops on cookie sheets. Bake about 20 minutes. Yields 4 dozen. |
