CORN SOUFFLE 
1 can cream corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 box sour cream
1 egg
1 stick butter

Mix first 4 ingredients. Pour into 9"x13" casserole dish. Where you have melted 1 stick butter. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
