REFRIED BEAN DIP 
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans OR
2 c. refried home-cooked pinto beans
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions OR
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (7 oz.) taco sauce
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles
Dash of garlic salt
Corn chips

Mix all ingredients, except corn chips, in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until heated through. Keep warm. Serve with corn chips. Makes about 3 cups dip.
