REFRIGERATOR BRAN MUFFINS 
4 1/2 c. raisin bran flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten slightly
2 c. buttermilk

Mix together bran flakes, sugars, flour and soda. Combine egg, oil and buttermilk and add to dry ingredients. Do not beat. Store in a covered container in refrigerator and use as needed. To bake, fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
