FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 yolks
Salt and pepper (white)
1 lb. noodles

Heat cream gradually stir in cheese, over low heat. Stir constantly. Gradually add butter. When melted remove pan from heat. Remove small amount sauce and beat into egg yolk. Combine with whisk season. Pour over cooked noodles.
