CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 lg. onion, chopped
5 tbsp. poultry seasoning
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk
9-inch pan baked corn bread
2 lg. cans biscuits, baked
7 slices day-old bread
5 cans chicken broth
Butter to taste

Bring chicken broth to boil. Add onion, poultry seasoning, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, crumbled breads and biscuits. Add butter to taste and enough milk to give mixture a sloppy consistency. Add the deboned chicken. Pour into a large open pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on desired brownness.
