CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 sm. pan baked corn bread
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
Sage
Salt
Pepper
Chicken broth

Crumble corn bread into large bowl. Add chopped eggs and chopped onion. Add broth, one cup at a time, until the mixture is the consistency of pudding. Add spices to taste. Heat mixture on top of stove until heated through. Wonderful with turkey on Thanksgiving, or any meal where you want something special.
