SHRIMP LEJONS 
1/2 lb. shrimp
10 slices bacon
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. horseradish

Mix Dijon and horseradish together and coat shrimp with mixture. Wrap shrimp and horseradish mustard mixture in bacon and bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes or until shrimp are firm.
