SHRIMP SALAD 
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
12 oz. cooked shrimp (more if you like)
1/4 c. diced cucumbers
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
A little salt & pepper to taste

Combine lemon juice and mayonnaise. Gently toss with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve on salad leaves. Can use crabmeat instead.
