SWISS CHEESE PETIT CHOUX 
1 c. water
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. finely diced Swiss cheese
Wesson oil for frying

In small saucepan, heat water and 1/2 cup oil to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and quickly stir in flour. Stir vigorously over slow heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add eggs and cheese; beat until smooth. heat oil (3-4 inches) in heavy kettle to 375 degrees.

Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Fry just until golden brown. Serve warm with hot cheese dip.
