PETITE PEA SALAD 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen petite peas, just thawed
4 green onions, chopped (white and green portions)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bacon bits, (real kind)
1/2 c. cashews, quartered

Thaw peas by running briefly under cold water in colander. Drain well. Add onion, bacon, and nuts; then stir in sour cream.
