PETIT POIS SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can petit pois, drained
1/2 sm. onion, minced
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained and chopped
4 slices cheese, grated
2 boiled eggs, grated
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Tabasco to taste
Salt to taste

Toss the first 5 ingredients gently. Add mayonnaise, Tabasco and salt. Mix gently. Chill overnight.
