SPINACH QUICHE 
10 oz. frozen spinach
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Thaw and thoroughly drain spinach. Beat together milk, Bisquick, eggs, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix all ingredients. Bake until firm at 400 degrees. Use a lightly greased 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate.
