1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 c. sugar
1 egg white
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. chilled whipping cream, sweetened

Beat strawberries (with syrup), sugar, egg white and lemon juice 5 minutes or until slightly stiff. Fold in strawberry mixture. Pour into baking dish 8x8x2 inch. Cover and freeze until firm.
