1 c. white sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Put in a pan and just bring to a boil the sugar and syrup, remove from heat immediately. Add peanut butter. Put Special K in a large bowl. Pour syrup over and mix well. Pat into 9"x13" well buttered cake pan, press down lightly. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips and spread over like frosting.
