1 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K
1 c. white sugar
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

Bring to a boil white syrup and white sugar. Add peanut butter and Special K. Mix well and spread in a 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and spread over top of bars.
