HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
2 green peppers, chopped
4 tbsp. bacon grease (or butter)
1 lb. ground chuck
1 can tomato paste (sm. can)
1 can tomato sauce (sm. can)
1 can tomato soup
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced (optional)
2 sm. jars mushrooms, sliced
1/2 pkg. wide noodles
2 c. grated cheese (Velveeta or other)

Saute onion, celery and peppers in bacon grease. Brown the ground chuck. Mix tomato paste, soup and tomato sauce together. Mix 1 can of water in tomato paste. Cook noodles. Mix all of this together. Bake in a large baking dish, covered, 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees. Add grated cheese on top. Add the cheese before putting in oven.
