STUFFED SQUASH | |
6-8 squash 1 block butter Salt and pepper to taste 3-4 onions Bread crumbs Cut ends off squash. Boil tender. Cool and cut in half with knife. Scoop inside out, leaving shell. Brown scooped out squash, butter and onions. Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Fill shells. Add more bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. |
