STUFFED CHICKEN 
2 pkgs. chicken cutlets
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 to 1 tsp. parsley
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. sauterne

Pound and roll out cutlets so they are flat. Sprinkle both sides with Accent. Put paste on both sides (1/4 cup butter, 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon parsley). Put 1/4 inch slice of cheese on top of paste (use 1/4 cup cheese). Roll up and press down edges. Dip in flour, egg and bread crumbs.
