2 2/3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix. The batter will be thin. Bake in a 9x13 pan about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
