BUSY DAY CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
24 graham crackers
1/2 cube butter
1/4 c. white sugar
Fruit if desired

Roll crackers into crumbs, aadd sugar and butter. Press into pie plate. Cream cheese until soft, blend in 1/2 cup milk. Combine instant pudding with remainder of milk. Combine the pudding and cheese mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate. Serve plain or with fruit if desired.
