"BUSY DAY" LEMON CHEESE CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
18" graham cracker crust
1 pkg. frozen fruit

Stir cream cheese until very soft, blend in 1/2 cup milk. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater about 1 minute. Pour immediately into crust. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Chill 1 hour; spoon thawed fruit over each wedge before serving. Serves 8.
