ANGEL GRAHAM BARS 
Whole graham crackers
1 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. melted butter (I use butter)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Cover bottom of 9"x13" pan with a layer of whole grahams. In saucepan combine melted butter with sugar, milk and egg. Heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to boil. Remove from stove, add coconut, nuts and graham cracker crumbs. Stir. Pour slowly over the crackers in a 9"x13" pan. Cover with another layer of grahams. Ice with 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 stick butter, softened, vanilla and milk. Mix to spreading consistency. Make the day before. These freeze well too (if you have any leftover). Cut in bars.
