GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed graham crackers
1 pinch salt
Graham crackers

FROSTING:

3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Simmer first 6 ingredients together for 10 minutes. Put whole graham crackers in bottom of pan. Spread cooled filling on top of graham crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers.

For frosting, beat ingredients with mixer until creamy and spread on top. Very good!
