NEW ENGLAND PECAN PIE | |
2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1/2 c. soft butter 1 c. light corn syrup 1 c. pecan halves 1 tsp. vanilla 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell Bake pie shell in 375 degree oven 10 minutes. Combine flour, sugar, eggs, and butter. Add corn syrup, pecans, vanilla, and a dash of salt; mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
