TRAVIS' BAR - B - QUE SAUCE 
1/2 gallon vinegar
1 qt. water
1 lg. bottle catsup
1 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle hot sauce
1 (10 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
1 clove garlic
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 qts. tomato juice (we juice tomatoes in blender)
5 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
4 oz. black pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 oz. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika

Bring to boil and let simmer 3-4 hours until thickens slightly. (You can thicken with cornstarch.)
