TOMATO PICKLES 
4 qt. green tomatoes
4 sm. onions
4 green sweet peppers

Slice tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle over 1/2 cup of salt, then let set overnight; drain. Add: 1 tbsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. mustard seed 1 tbsp. celery seed 1 tbsp. cloves 1 tbsp. allspice 1 tbsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. salt

Bring to a boil, then seal.
