TACO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag Nacho flavored tortilla chips
1 jar taco sauce (your choice, mild or hot)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion; drain grease. Add taco seasoning, milk, taco sauce and soups to meat and heat. Layer in large baking dish - tortilla chips, meat sauce and cheese. Make 2 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Allow to set for about 20 minutes before serving.
