FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 can fruit cocktail (do not drain)
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add sugar then flour and cinnamon. Add fruit cocktail with juice. Add vanilla. Bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frost while hot.

FROSTING:

3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can coconut

Heat milk, sugar and butter together. Add coconut and pour over warm cake.
