FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail & the juice

Mix all together well in large bowl. Pour in greased and floured pan (oblong pan). Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar (light brown) on top and bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes until done. (325 degrees cook 40 to 50 minutes.)

FROSTING:

1/2 c. Pet milk
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
